The Everything DiSC® Group Culture Report lets you build customised group reports using data from any Everything DiSC report. The report provides a composite of your group’s DiSC® styles and information on how DiSC styles can impact your organisation’s culture.

The report allows you to easily determine a group’s DiSC culture, explore its advantages and disadvantages, discuss its effect on group members, and examine its influence on decision making and risk taking. Does not include participant names. Can be used across all Everything DiSC programmes.

This 13-page report identifies your group’s DiSC® culture and explores what that means for your group. It helps you determine and explore the advantages and disadvantages of your group’s DiSC culture, discuss its effect on group members, and examine its influence on decision making and risk taking.

This report is created from 3 or more individual completed Everything DiSC profiles. Works with Workplace, Management, or Sales.

Sections include:

  • Your DiSC culture
  • The D culture
  • The i culture
  • The S culture
  • The C culture

Issues to consider regarding your group’s culture are presented and can be used during a facilitated discussion. This is often done in a follow-up session after introducing DiSC to your group. Many facilitators share this report with participants since it does not list anyone’s name.

Group culture has a large impact on the behaviour, attitudes, and satisfaction of each group member. People who fit into the culture often feel right at home in the group. But for other people, the culture leads them to feel like strangers in a strange land. The environment makes them uncomfortable.

Culture also has implications for the group as a whole. It affects such things as the pace at which work gets done, how outsiders are treated, the attention paid to details, or risks that the group takes. These in turn influence the success of the group in meeting its goals.
